ORDERS :

Most of our products are custom-made and made to order. Depending on the volume of orders from customers, the wait time for an item can take 1-2 weeks until it is ready to be shipped. After the item is made, it is usually shipped within 2 business days.

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. This prevents a customer from having their item pushed back in the production line and ensures fair and proper treatment for all customers.

 

SHIPPING:

Customers in Indonesia
We ship via local courier services such as JNE or TIKI. We select the most economical shipping option to keep costs low. Nomadé provides tracking numbers for every order. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the items.

International Customers
We ship via Pos Indonesia. We select the most economical tracked parcel option which is also safe.

Customers Wishing to Pick Up Orders
For customers who wish to pick up their items, please type “PICKUP” in the discount code box when checking out. This will make the shipping cost Rp 0.

 

PAYMENT:

We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Credit Card. Just select your payment option when you checkout.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and a thorough product inspection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Since all leather hides are different, not all products will look the same. That is the beauty of leather. Each item is unique in its own way.
