Hi, I’m Fekri, the founder and owner of Nomade. I graduated with a degree in Product Design from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and my journey as a crafter began long before Nomade was born. It all started from a deep love for working with my hands—feeling, shaping, and transforming materials into something meaningful.
When I first encountered leather, it was more than just a material. For me, leather became a medium of storytelling, rich with memory, texture, and possibility. It holds a certain soul that no other material can match. It challenged me, inspired me, and gave me endless room to explore and innovate.
Crafting leather isn’t just about economics or production—it’s about creating something with life and intention. Through Nomade, I strive to capture the spirit of adventure, resilience, and local identity in every piece I make.
